Trendspotting: Couple’s Night Out

Instead of featuring separate looks for both Men & Women, I decided to combine the two. Catering to His & Her, this look is meant for a couple that translate their high fashion sense in their ensemble. The key to dressing as a  couple who want to look effortlessly chic (but somewhat unified) is to pick the same general color scheme or fabric elements, but add their individual twist. Here’s how:

1. This look for a couple is uber decked but a definite head turner no matter where. For Him, I went with a Richard James gray sharkskin suit and for Her this Antonio Berardi paneled stretch crepe dress is the perfect fit.

2. For Him nothing looks better than a classic pair of black Prada lace up shoes and for Her these Jimmy Choo anouk patent leather pumps would be in line with the sophisticated tone of the dress.

3. The suit can be uplifted by a pink button down Richard James shirt and striped Peter Miller tie.  As for Her, this Bottega Veneta knot clutch adds the right amount of balance while also turning up the elegance a notch.

4. For Her, this look is only befitting a pair of princess cut Harry Winston earring and ring set. She could complete the look with this Saint Laurent rouge colour lipstick before being the centre of the gathering.
